Primrose Management Group owns fourteen franchised Cost Cutters salons that provide high quality service and professional products at reasonable prices at our locations in Appleton, Fond du Lac, Hartford, Kaukauna, Kimberly, Menomonee Falls, Neenah, New London, Oshkosh, and West Bend.
